Netflix Collaborate With 'Mirzapur' Writer Puneet Krishna - PP Movie World

 

Mirzapur and Inside Edge scribe Puneet Krishna have signed a contract with Netflix. The writer will work with the streaming giant on two projects for the web as part of the contract. According to Rahul Raut, the ventures will be web series that will fall into the dark comedy and drama genres. Although further specifics are yet to be revealed, it is expected that the shows will begin airing in 2022.

Mirzapur and Inside Edge are two of Amazon Prime Video's most beloved movies, with thrilling stories that have captured fans' hearts. Following the Tandav controversy, someone filed a FIR against the show, alleging that it maligns the reputation of the actual city of Mirzapur in Uttar Pradesh, as well as that it encourages abuse, abusive language, and incestuous relationships.
