What Is The Story About?

Makwana (Jackie Shroff) is a major con artist on the run from the cops for not paying his debts. As he tries to figure out how to get out of trouble, his girlfriend Mona suggests that he put on a gorilla suit and be transported from Mumbai to Diu, where he can permanently escape. And she hires Charlie (Aadar Jain), a sweet and innocent youngster, to complete the task. As a result, Charlie's journey, which starts at this stage, leads to a variety of events along the way to the end.

Analysis

Hello Charlie's entire storey seems to have been written specifically to appeal to children, and does not make any sense otherwise. The movie is full of scenes that make us doubt the flow's logic, and it seems to be a bit too juvenile and slapstick for the average adult to watch. The director has attempted to provide some social commentary, but it doesn't add up to much when there is too much nonsense, hollow characters, and a pointless storey in the picture.

Performances

In a film with so many humans, it is the gorilla who steals the show and makes it at least partially enjoyable to watch. Aadar Jain's body language and voice are strikingly similar to Ranbir Kapoor's, but this is not the right film to showcase his talents. Jackie Shroff has a couple of scenes that will make us laugh, but his extended cameo appearance in the film is a waste of time.

Music and Others Departments

Hello, Charlie is purely average in the technical department, with work on the equator from all sides.

Highlights

The appearance of the gorilla is the x-factor that will draw the attention of the children.

Drawbacks

The film's tedious stretches and illogical plot are a blight.

Did I Enjoy It?

No, it's not true. Hello Charlie was a difficult film for me to watch because I was bored for the majority of it.

Do I Recommend It?

When the kids in the house are bored, Hello Charlie is a fun way to pass the time. For the rest, you may want to save your time and watch something else.
