Tall Girl 2 Netflix Original Goes On Floors | PP Movie World

 

Ava Michelle's video revealing that 'Tall Girl' part 2 is now filming was reposted by Netflix on her Instagram account. In 2019, the first instalment of the YA drama was announced. Michelle, Sabrina Carpenter, Griffin Gluck, Luke Eisner, Anjelika Washington, Rico Paris, Clara Wilsey, Steve Zahn, and Angela Kinsey will all return for the sequel, along with newcomers Johanna Liauw and Jan Luis Castellanos.

The new film will be directed by Emily Ting (It's Already Tomorrow in Hong Kong). The first season revolved around Michelle's character Jodi, who has always been the tallest girl in her school and has always been unhappy with it. Jodi (Eisner) meets Stig (Eisner), a seemingly ideal Swedish foreign exchange student who is much taller than she is, after slouching her way through life for 16 years and being teased by classmates. Jodi's latest crush flips her world upside down and throws her into an unexpected love triangle, but with the aid of her two best friends (Gluck and Washington) and her beauty queen sister Harper (Carpenter), Jodi realises she's much more than her insecurities about her appearance have led her to believe.
